Upside Down Peach. Former staffer Grant Melton puts a twist on traditional pineapple-upside down cake with cornbread peaches. The batter easily covers the sugary goodness and the peaches then it all turns upside down after baking for a beautiful presentation.

2 teaspoons baking powder. If using canned peaches dont add sugar. Sliced peaches are laid on top.
