Sauteed Mushrooms With Balsamic Vinegar. Stir in the balsamic vinegar. Allow to cook for approx 8 minutes until the mushrooms have released their juices and are becoming tender.
This makes an excellent topping for steak chicken or as a side dish. A glaze made of balsamic. They are browned in butter and olive oil and seasoned with garlic and salt.
Stir in the balsamic vinegar.
Fry until the mushrooms have reduced in size and lost their moisture and the onions are softened completely. Combine the balsamic vinegar brown sugar and 1 Tbs. Add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in balsamic vinegar and wine cook another 2 minutes.
