Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 375 for 13-14 minutes or until edges just begin to brown. Dissolve the baking soda with the milk and stir into the wet ingredients. Drop 2 Tbs portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets about 1 ½ inches apart I used a cookie scoop for this step.
