Thick Vanilla Frosting. Cut cooled cake in half and frost cake over top and sides. Beat for about 60 seconds.
This is an excellent buttercream. The only difference between the two textures is air. Beat for about 60 seconds.
Ofcourse if you wish for a thinner frosting you can thin it out by mixing in a little more milk until your desired consistency.
In a standing mixer fitted with a whisk mix together sugar and butter. This is an excellent buttercream. Melt chocolate with 13 cup. Frosting will be smooth and creamy and should hold stiff peaks but shouldnt look wet.
