Red White Blue Jello Recipe. This light and cool patriotic dessert will delight your guest both young and old. Add the blue Jello and 1 packet of Knox.
Place the hot Jell-O into the measuring cup and cool it in the fridge for a few minutes. Allow the Knox to gel up 1 minute. Mix well for about 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Pour a small amount into each 3 ounce cup and lay on an angle in the muffin tin.
If you have a regular size Jell-O mold like I do you will use three 3 ounce packages of Jell-O like I did but if you have a larger Jell-O mold like my mom had you will use three 6 ounce packages and double the cream cheese. For red and blue JELL-O layers use only 12 cup boiling water to mix gelatin. Once cool pour it on top of the other layers. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
