Butter Cupcake. Preheat oven to 350 F 175 C. Add the pecans and cook stirring until toasted and fragrant.
Add peanut butter and mix until combined. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Its a wonderful homemade alternative to boxed yellow cake mixes that proves that butter really does make everything better.
Do not skimp on the creaming time.
