Put the dough in the bowl. Cover the bowl lightly with plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm spot until it doubles in size about 1 hour. Its kind of expensive but well worth it in my opinion. Use floured rolling pin to roll each piece of dough into 6 to 7 inch round.
