Cook the bow tie pasta to al dente in boiling salted water.
Drain the roasted red pepper and chop. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pasta salad for at least two hours before serving. Mix the cooled pasta broccoli tomatoes sliced green onions celery red bell pepper and green bell pepper in a large bowl. Remove drain well and allow to cool.
