In a large saucepan whisk cornstarch and sugar until no lumps remain. No joke the BEST blueberry pie Ive ever made. I did let the blueberries sit with just the sugar for about 15 minutes to drain off the juice before adding other ingredients but they didnt release any juice so I just proceeded. Roll out one pie crust to a large circle and line a buttered 9 pie pan with it.
