Fill prepared cups three-fourths full.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean 14-18 minutes. Mix in hot dogs and cheese. In a medium bowl add the Jiffy mix egg milk and spices and whisk until completely combined. Put 1 good teaspoon of the above mix into each mini muffin cup.
