Easy Cranberry Chicken. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over the chicken. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Place chicken in pan and top with cranberry mixture. Mix cranberry walnuts marmalade and horseradish. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink when cut into.
Sprinkle a little fresh rosemary and dried cranberries over the chicken if desired. Remove the cover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
