Buttercream Lemon Icing. Beat butter lemon peel and lemon juice in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 30 seconds. Lemon buttercream is one of those frostings that goes on almost any dessert.
Combine butter sugar and salt and mix till well combined. Add powdered sugar lemon zest and lemon juice about 2 Tbsp from fresh lemon and cream. Finely grate the zest of 5 lemons.

If you want to add another layer of taste. Cream the butter and zest together on medium speed for about 1-2 minutes. Add the heavy cream lemon. Add in your icing.
