White Jello With Condensed Milk. The white jello layer is created by combining 2 packages of gelatin with one cup of cold water. Pour the jell-o powder into a heatproof bowl.
Add together the milk mixture and the gelatin mixture. In a saucepan bring the evaporated milk to the simmering point over medium-low heat. Chill until slightly thickened.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Once the red layer is set pour 1 cup of the milk mixture over the red layer. 1 box of lime jell-o the smaller 3 ounce or so size 1 can 14 ounces evaporated milk. Beat egg white until stiff peaks will form. Blend cream cheese white sugar and vanilla.
