The Red Velvet cake layers are light and fluffy while very moist. Our family really enjoyed the cake but the actual red velvet layer was a little dry for our taste. Prepare the cheesecake layer.

Then spread the whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake. Place top layer of cake on top of the cheesecake and coat with a generous layer of the cream cheese frosting.
