Kahlua Bundt Cake. A family favorite Kahlua Bundt Cake is a moist rich coffee-flavored cake that is easy to make and a definite crowd-pleaser. Run a knife along the outside edge between the cake and pan and then carefully invert Bundt pan on to a serving platter.
Put everything in the bowl except for the chocolate chips. Pour into pan bake. Add the eggs kahlua or coffee buttermilk oil and vanilla and using mixer beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
While the cake is still hot spoon on prepared topping mixture slowly and evenly.
Little LC had some minor surgery last week and I took some time off to take care of her. Generously grease a Bundt pan. Add eggs one at a time and mix after each addition. Bake in preheated oven 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
