Graham Cracker Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars. Combine 1 cup peanut butter and butter in mixing bowl blend until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over bars.
Stir in crushed crackers and 12 cup mini chocolate chips. Microwave chocolate chips and 14 cup peanut butter in a microwave. Press peanut butter mixture into the bottom.
Stir until smooth and blended.
Try using Chocolate Graham Crackers or Cinnamon Graham Crackers to change the flavor a little. Using foil remove from pan. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Spread one cracker with peanut butter then place another graham cracker on top of it.
